By entering the BIVIP Lounge and/or using our VIP Rooms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access our facilities.

• Eligibility: Access to the BIVIP Lounge and VIP Rooms is limited to registered members, invited guests, those with valid reservations and authorized guests
• Age Restriction: Guests must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise permitted by management.
• Membership: Members must present valid identification and their membership card upon entry.
• Reservations: Reservations for VIP Rooms must be confirmed through our official booking channels in advance and are subject to availability.

To maintain a premium experience, all guests are expected to:

• Behave respectfully and courteously at all times towards staff and other guests.
• Smoking, illegal substances, outside alcohol, and any form of illegal activities, excessive intoxication, or disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by management
• Any disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
• Do not bring outside food or drink unless pre-approved.

The management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest who does not comply with these terms.

• Operating Hours: 24 hours
• Services Included: Private seating, complimentary beverages, concierge service, entertainment system, etc.
• Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, and any hazardous materials.
• Use: Facilities are to be used solely for their intended purposes.
• Guests must follow all posted rules and instructions from staff.
• Any damage caused by guests will be charged to the responsible individual.

• Booking Policy: VIP Room bookings require a minimum spend or booking fee, to be paid in advance.
• Cancellation: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to booking time to avoid charges.
• No-shows: Will be charged the full amount of the booking and/or loss of reservation and may be subject to cancellation fees
• Medical Appointments: Given the medical nature of our lounge, cancellations due to medical reasons will be accepted with appropriate documentation. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel.

• BIVIP Lounge is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests use the facilities at their own risk.
• Any damage to property caused by a guest will be charged to them.
• The venue is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Facilities are to be used solely for their intended purposes.
• Guests must adhere to all posted rules and follow staff instructions.
• Any damage caused by a guest will be billed to the responsible individual.

• Surveillance cameras may be in operation for safety and security.
• Guest information is kept confidential and managed according to our Privacy Policy.
• Personal information collected during reservation or check-in will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Guests consent to photography and video recordings for promotional purposes unless they opt out.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety while on the premises.
• Security cameras are in operation for the safety of all guests and staff.

BIVIP Lounge reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted in the lounge and on our website.

The management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harare, Zimbabwe.

• All charges are payable in full at the time of reservation or upon service.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Additional charges may apply for damages or violations of these terms.
